We initially posted this huge lacrosse hit on our social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and received great reactions from people. The majority made an appeal that the sport has become softer than ever. We tend to agree. Generally speaking (not in reference to the included hit), if a hit isn't high and doesn't include hands and crosschecking, then let them effing play. Blindside hits? If you can't hear the footsteps, then you shouldn't lace up your cleats.

Let the kids play. That said, the new rules, which forbid running starts, suck.
