World Championship to be Web Streamed

Great news from Lax Magazine about the World Games this Summer in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, England - The organizing committee for the 2010 Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship has announced that all games from the main stadium will be streamed live on the web. This includes all of the Blue Division games in which the United States will compete.

The complete package is available for £6.50 (roughly $10) on a pre-sale basis through July 1. After that, the price rises to £11.50 (roughly $18).

For those planning to attend the games in person, the committee has announced that only 2,500 seats remain available to the public for the championships. Season Passes and a Final Four Day Ticket Package are on sale at http://www.2010worldlacrosse.com/tickets

The 2010 FIL World Lacrosse Championship take place between the 15th and 24th of July 2010 and promises to be the biggest championships in lacrosse history.

The championships will bring together over 30 different nations and 64 elite international touring sides from all over the world will compete in the first official FIL Festival from 17th-22nd July In addition to this, a community event will kick off the championships and host local primary, secondary and club teams.
