Quincy, MA (July 15, 2014) – TheLocker, lacrosse’s first social commerce community, has teamed up with Rob Pannell, attackman for Team USA and the New York Lizards, to give one team a private clinic with Pannell at their home field.
Lacrosse players across the nation have the unique opportunity to win a clinic taught by one of Major League Lacrosse’s top athletes, Rob Pannell. Up through September 1st, lacrosse athletes of all levels are able to enter their teams to this sweepstakes on TheLocker.com. Eligibility requirements include becoming a Locker member by creating a free profile, linking to your team, and getting a total of 12 teammates linked to your team on the site. All teams with 12 Locker members linked by the sweepstakes deadline will be entered. Additional contest details can be found at https://www.thelocker.com/rob-pannell-sweepstakes.
“We are excited to bring Rob Pannell to the home field of one of our teams on TheLocker. It is a rare opportunity for an athlete to learn from one of the best players in their field, so we are proud to be able to provide the expertise of a marquee player such as Pannell to one of these teams,” said TheLocker founder, Sean Morris.
Rob Pannell was the #1 pick of the 2012 Major League Lacrosse draft. In his 2013 rookie season, Pannell lead the league in points per game, scoring 42 points in 10 games and was the only rookie named to the All Star team. In 2014 Pannell was named to Team USA competing in the 2014 World Games in Denver, Colorado. One team will have the special opportunity to learn what Pannell does best from him personally, and that’s putting points on the board.
