The Best Picture You Will See All Day, Lacrosse is Back!

February 26, the Army Men's Lacrosse team travelled to the heralded Dome to battle Syracuse. In the last four years, the game has become a renewed rivalry. Syracuse won this game, 10-9, but, did either team really lose? The game was hard fought all day much like the other games we've seen so far this season. Fairfield just beat UMBC in triple OT and Lehigh squeaked out a nailbiter against the Tar Heels. Lacrosse is more exciting than ever. Above is the best picture, I believe, that best depicts the high energy and intensity teams have exhibited. The image shows JoJo Marasco selling out for a loose ball against an Army player. This image reminds us how much we love this game and how precious every single play is. Not to mention, there has never been a more even playing field with the parody the growth of our sport has produced. Kids from all over the country and Canada are now playing on college rosters. It's not just the big programs rich in tradition that make a run for it year in and year out anymore. What do you think about the season thus far? We want to hear from you guys. Hahaha knew that one was coming. On the lacrosse field he’s a lacrosse player, and that move, well buddy, that move is a piece of dirt move…Army, Syracuse, Air Force, UVA, doesn’t matter. A player doing that to another player, especially at a place where CHARACTER COUNTS…is a piece of dirt. So suck it up and take your soap box somewhere else, I love my country and those who serve it. Play the game right.
