Silent Warriors: Lacrosse Players More Likely To Succeed as Navy Seals

This morning the Today Show aired a special look into recruiting methods for Navy Seals. Recruits with backgrounds in nontraditional sports like lacrosse, rugby and water polo are not only more likely to become a seal, but also excel at a very high level. According to Captain Adam Curtis, "People who play those sports have a real training hardness factor." Listen in for the remarks on lacrosse players at the 1:30 mark.
