If you don't know, Jay-Z partnered with Pharrell Williams' clothing line Billionaire Boys Club yesterday (GQ). Today, Pharrell and Karmaloop.com founder, Greg Selkoe, announced their new television channel, KarmaloopTV. KarmaloopTV has been a webshow for the past two years or so, and has gained a lot of buzz because they dive deep into appealing lifestyle and cultural items.
The TV channel is going to be a more head-on branch from the webshow. The intention isn't to replace MTV, per se, but to pick up from where it left off decades ago when it first launched. View the interview with the two from Bloomberg.
