Phantom Fuse is the lightest boardshort Hurley has ever produced. It is made out of Phantom P60 material which makes it by far the lightest, fastest and most flexible waistband they've ever made. They've streamlined the manufacturing process removing everything you don't need while retaining everything you do need. So, essentially, they have broken it down from a three layer construction down to a two layer construction with a laser cut net design.
