NCAA Lacrosse: Quarterfinal Action Continues ESPN2 and ESPNU


ESPN2, ESPNU and WatchESPN’s exclusive coverage of the 2015 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship Presented by Northwestern Mutual continues with quarterfinal action from Denver Saturday, May 16, and Annapolis, Md. Sunday, May 17. No.1-seed Notre Dame (vs. Albany) and No.4-seed Denver (vs. Ohio State) will be at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Saturday, while Sunday’s games will showcase No.2-seed Syracuse (vs. Johns Hopkins) and No.3-seed North Carolina (vs. No.6-seed Maryland).

ESPN’s top lacrosse commentating team will be in position throughout the NCAA Championship, led by veteran play-by-play voice Eamon McAnaney, along with analyst Quint Kessenich and sideline reporter/analyst Paul Carcaterra. The trio will call the two quarterfinal games from Annapolis in addition to the national semifinals Saturday, May 23, and the title game Monday, May 25, from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Calling the quarterfinal games from Denver will be Mike Corey, Matt Ward and Ryan Boyle.

Anish Shroff will host ESPN’s studio coverage throughout the championship. He will be joined by Ryan Flanagan for the quarterfinals and semifinals. The studio duo of Shroff and Boyle will move to Philadelphia for full analysis of the title game Monday.

An NCAA women’s quarterfinal game showcasing Penn State at No. 2 North Carolina will be carried on ESPN3.
