The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team and community are collecting clothing and food items for the family of former men's lacrosse player Danny McKeefrey '07, whose home was destroyed in a fire during Hurricane Sandy in Breezy Point, Queens. McKeefrey is currently a NYPD officer and volunteer firefighter. He was interviewed by CBS after the storm.
