MetroLacrosse to Hold Faceoff@Fenway, A Cocktail Reception to Benefit 700 Urban Youth

BOSTON, MA, October, 2012 - MetroLacrosse, a local non-profit, is hosting its Faceoff@Fenway Cocktail Party at the State Street Pavilion in Fenway Park on Thursday, November 15th, 6-9pm. The event will feature, drinks, appetizers, silent and live auctions.

Through its character education programs that build upon the lessons learned while participating in team sports, MetroLacrosse helps youth develop strong communication skills, learn to live a healthy lifestyle, resolve conflicts and disputes in a positive way, and discover their ability to lead and work effectively with others. MetroLacrosse currently serves over 700 young people in Boston, Brockton, Chelsea and Lawrence and is the largest urban lacrosse and education program in the country.
