The No. 1 University of Denver men's lacrosse program will hold its first practice on Tuesday (Jan. 13) at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium.

Important Dates
- No. 1 Denver will play No. 3 Duke in the Pioneers' season opener on Feb. 14 in Atlanta.
- Media Day is set for February 3 at 2:30 p.m. in the Gottesfeld Room on the fourth floor of the Daniel L. Ritchie Center.

- Preseason No. 1 in Nike/Lacrosse Magazine Preseason Poll and Inside Lacrosse Preseason Poll
- Seven DU players earned Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America Honors in December. 1st team - Erik Adamson, Wesley Berg, Christian Burgdorf. 2nd team – Zach Miller. 3rd team – Jack Bobzien. Honorable Mention – Carson Cannon, Ryan LaPlante
- Denver is coming off its third Championship Weekend appearance in the last four years, and returns three of its four 2014 USILA All-Americans from a team that finished 16-3 a year ago.
- 2014 ACC Freshman of the Year and Maryland transfer Connor Cannizzaro joins the Pioneers in 2015, playing with brother Sean for his senior campaign.
- Captains: Wesley Berg and Carson Cannon
- Head coach Bill Tierney enters his sixth season with the Pioneers, sporting a 66-23 record at DU and a 338-116 career record in now his 31st season.
