Lt. Scott F. Milley Memorial Fund Lacrosse Game

On November 30th 2010, the lacrosse community lost one of its unsung heroes. Lt. Scott F. Milley (Lincoln-Sudbury ’05) was a lacrosse goalie as well as a captain of the L-S hockey team. Scott was killed by small arms fire while on foot patrol in Afghanistan. He was a member of the 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division whose mission was to develop meaningful, long-lasting relationships with the Afghani people.

Scooter was an outstanding young man and a beloved member of the L-S lacrosse family. In his honor, a memorial lacrosse game will be held to raise money for the Lt. Scott F. Milley Scholarship on Tuesday, December 28th from 7-10:15 pm at the Field House in Sudbury, MA.

A Girls game will be played from 7-8 pm, followed by a Boys/Men game from 8:15 -10 pm. A recommended donation of $20/ player will be taken at the door, with all proceeds to benefit the Lt. Scott F. Milley Scholarship.

If you are unable to play but still wish to donate, please contact the American Legion at 978-443-9059 or send an e-mail to the Commander at docsrg@verizon.net. You can also contact:
