“Seeing the success that we have had this year has been one of the most incredible and humbling experiences. Over the past 6 years, together we have raised over $500,000 to support cancer patients and their families through the tireless efforts of the HEADstrong Foundation™. This year has been filled with some amazing stories and has brought many new fundraisers, teams and supporters. We are so proud of everyone’s efforts and could not be more thrilled.” says Ken Clausen, LMM founder
2014 has been a milestone year for the Lax Stache Madness, with over 485 participants representing over 52 fundraising teams. Over 25 individual fundraisers successfully surpassing the $1,000 fundraising mark with Rich Moses of HEADstrong Lax Texas individually raising over $10,000 and Friends of University of Delaware Men’s Lacrosse setting the all-time leading team fundraising record, raising over $26,000 to support the cause.
“We wish to extend our sincere appreciation to the fundraising teams, growers, donors, sponsors and supporters that were involved with LMM this year. We could not have done this without you. Thank you so much for being relentless helping us to make Stache history.” – Ken Clausen
Over the past 2 weeks fundraising teams have been engaged in a heated competition called The Stache-Off, pairing teams against one another to see who will have the largest incremental gain over a period of time. We are proud to announce that HEADstrong Lax Texas has been named LMM’s Most Relentless Team. The team raised $3,960.75 during Round 2 alone. Below are the fundraising results from Week 6.
