Landon Lacrosse Class of 2013 Signing Day

Landon Lacrosse Class of 2013 Signing Day

National powerhouse Landon School, coached by Robinson Bordley, has announced the signing of nine Seniors that will be playing at the DI level. Landon School is a private, nonsectarian, college preparatory school for boys in grades 3-12, with an enrollment of approximately 683 students. The school, which plays in the Interstate Athletic Conference, sits on 75 acres in Bethesda, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. A majority of the great players that graduate Landon come through the lower school program.

This class rivals the class of 2005 which featured 13 Division I recruits. Below is the list of the signees along with where they will be matriculating next year. Congratulations to the class of 2013!

What situation?

Landon is prospering.

My younger brother goes there, and me being a collegiate player observing my brother, i have seen team cohesion, both in the classroom and on the field.
They have artists, jocks, intellectuals, every component of student life in a high school.

Youre being terribly discriminate, jealous, and ignorant.

“Softest players?”

-Matt Ward, Tewaaraton award winner.
-Ryan Curtis, Collegiate 1st team All American
This list goes on.

Lets see you face off with Peter Laco.
Hes going to UPenn, and you’re not playing D1.
So you cannot say ANYTHING about these men.

warriorlax, what are you even talking about? Landon has had at least one All-American at the D-1 level every year since 1997. Landon graduates have been captains of many of the top d-1 programs in the country (Duke, Princeton, Maryland, UVA, Johns Hopkins). Those Landon coaches must be great at convincing coaches at UMD, Navy, Georgetown, Bucknell, Ohio State, Duke, UNC, Denver, Princeton, and Cornell to take such “soft”, unskillful players.
Here is some advice: Next time you try making an argument against Landon lacrosse, you might want to educate yourself on the topic first. Your blatant bias towards the school makes it pretty obvious that you went to St.Albans, or another one of Landon’s under-performing rivals.
