Lacrosse Guru has just announced the launch of Shooting Revolution. Shooting Revolution is a series of training lessons geared towards explaining the "why" behind effective shooting technique. Shooting Revolution series is being sold as a pre-release at 30% off, until Christmas day when it will be officially released. The content is available as a streaming video product. After purchased, the player can watch anywhere he has internet access. It will even work on iPhones and iPads.
Over the last year and a half the Lacrosse Guru team has worked hard to get this finished. They've really tried to focus on explaining the "why" behind technique because if players fundamentally understand why a technique works better, the lesson doesn't need to be repeated. Many coaches do not go in-depth on the science of shooting because they don't believe they have enough time in a short practice. However, Lacrosse Guru feels that if they spent the time clarifying, they would save time repeating it down the line.
