Katie Samson Invitational Lacrosse Festival Is By Far My Favorite Camp

For those of you who do not know who I am (which for the sake of looking humble I will hope that it is the majority of you) my name is Justin Skaggs. I am the COO and partner at Stylin’ Strings Lacrosse. Our company has been a part of this great Lacrosse culture for a very long time, and every once in a while something comes along that makes us step back and feel a sense of pride for the community we operate in.

The Katie Samson Invitational Lacrosse Festival is a chance to look at the kind hearted nature of our sport. The fact that this event is held to fund a good cause is admirable enough, but it is the execution that makes it outstanding. On the 27th of April the campus of Radnor High school (which has held the LAX Pro Tour and many other events) will be transformed into an absolute Lacrosse blowout. Vendors, games, some of the best teams around facing off in regular season match ups, and even some familiar mascots and characters will litter the grounds of Radnor. These regular everyday people seek to provide entertainment for people of every age all in the spirit of kindness and giving. This event would even entertain someone who has never seen a stick.

Anyone who can make the trip out should. Of all the events I attend each year this one is on the top of the list. Everyone there holds a positive disposition, a love of the game, and an entertained smile. Disregard if you have a player participating. It is just a great time that benefits a good cause.
