Easton Lacrosse Adds First Woman To Roster

VAN NUYS, Calif. (Mar. 17, 2010) – Easton Lacrosse today announced the signing of Danielle Spencer to a multi-year contract. One of the most recognizable female lacrosse players in the country, Spencer will be involved in developing new products for the company and creating exclusive content for EastonLacrosse.com, as well as participating in camps, clinics and other events for Easton.

A member of the US National Team and a three-time national champion, Spencer was a two-time All-American at Northwestern, leading the school to three national championships. An extraordinary athlete and one of the top face-off players of all time, Spencer recorded 203 draw controls, the third most in the history of NCAA Women’s Lacrosse.

“The opportunity to be one of the first athletes sponsored by Easton Lacrosse and the first woman is an incredible honor,” said Spencer. “I’m excited to start working with Easton and develop gear that players will love.”
