Boathouse Sports Donates Uniforms and Sponsors Inaugural L.E.A.P.S. "PRO" Benefit Game and Clinic

Philadelphia, PA – September 13, 2010 – Boathouse Sports, a Philadelphia-based manufacturer of custom team athletic apparel, today announced that it will be donating uniforms and sponsoring the inaugural LEAPS "PRO" Benefit Game and Clinic on Saturday, September 18th at The Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, PA.

Professional lacrosse players John Christmas, Matt Striebel, Kyle Sweeney, Chazz Woodson, Rob Forrster, Brett Moyer, Bill McGlone, Brett Hughes, PT Ricci will all be lending their time to the event. The day's activities will kickoff at 10 a.m. with a free youth clinic followed by a benefit game at 2 p.m. Each player will be sponsored with a percentage of the proceeds going to benefit the 2010-2011 LEAPS Lax (Lacrosse, Education, Attitude, Perseverance) programs and a portion going to the cause of the player or his sponsors choice.


“Boathouse has always been very supportive and have consistently gone out of their way to help us grow our program,” said Jonathan Christmas, co-founder of LEAPS Lax. "We are really happy they could join us for what promises to be an outstanding day of lacrosse and community building."
