Boston, MA - To celebrate an outstanding season and set the foundation for another, the Boston Cannons held an exclusive party for season ticket holders, players and other VIPs. As part of the event, Cannons management handed out limited edition engraved balls from Glory Hound Lacrosse to season ticket purchasers. Cannons players, including Kevin Buchanan and Matt Smalley were on hand to talk with fans about the upcoming season and autograph the balls.
“The Glory Hound Cannons Championship Lax Balls were a big hit at our Season Ticket Holder event on October 22,” said Cannons General Manager Kevin Barney. “They not only provided incentive for our fans to purchase their season tickets, but were great for player autographs making them even more valuable to our fans.”
Glory Hound Lacrosse became an official licensee with Major League Lacrosse in 2011, introducing their product with a limited run of All-Star Game souvenir balls for the mid-season event and souvenir balls for all the MLL teams. These regulation engraved balls are available on the MLL and Glory Hound websites and can be embellished with tinted engravings and display cases - or used for some well-motivated wall ball.
“The opportunity to support the MLL with our engraved souvenir balls this year has been outstanding,” said Derek Craig, Top Dog at Glory Hound Lacrosse. “And it’s an honor to celebrate this special season and championship with the Cannons.”
