Long Island City, NY – June 15, 2010 – Three-time ECAC goalie of the year, three-time All-American and all-time saves leader at Penn State University Drew Adams is the newest addition to Maverik Lacrosse's already impressive list of player/soldier representatives. In his new role at Maverik, Drew will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with lacrosse programs at the collegiate and high school levels.

Adams joins John Christmas, Kyle Sweeney, Jay Jalbert, John Gagliardi, Sean Lindsay, Mike Springer, Paul Rabil, Dan Hardy, Joe Cinosky, Ric Beardsley and Kip Turner on Maverik's roster of player/soldider representatives.
Upon graduation from Penn State University in 2009 Adams was drafted 19th in the third round of Major League Lacrosse's draft by the Long Island Lizards. In high school Drew played at Springfield High School for legendary coach Mike Friel where he garnered All-American honors and was named the Philadelphia Player of the Year his senior year in 2005.
