Lax Bullet: Lacrosse Training Tool

Lax Bullet is a development tool that will improve a young player's control and accuracy. Creator and Founder, Mark Burnham, elaborates in a video interview below.

When the ball is in the head of the stick, overall weight is increased 25-40%. Because the excess weight is placed at the top of the stick in the head, above the hands, the dynamics of the balance point of the stick are changed. The balance point is raised further from the hands lessening control and speed at which a player can move the stick. The Lax Bullet is a weighted end cap inserted into the hollow butt end of a lacrosse handle to bring the balance point of the stick back into the controlling part of the stick directly below the upper, or controlling, hand.
