Allow LPG to introduce you to "Bionic Project". "Bionic Project" is a film presented by Hanon that displays the production of New Balance shoes in their Flimby manufacturing plant in Cumbria, UK. The film is set to launch this month.
The significance of the running shoe they are making in the videos is the innovative material being used to construct the shoes. The "Bionic Project", incorporated with technical fabrics by Eschler of Switzerland, previews the shoe industry's new membrane technology called Ceramic E3+. Ceramic E3+ is a ceramic coating embedded with particles as hard as diamonds. The material is breathable, weather resistant, light weight and highly durable. The shoe game just got a lot more complex.
