Lacrosse Playground, every once in awhile, features a different lacrosse athlete as part of our “Grip ‘N Rip” series, where we’ll find out what the best use to fine tune their game. Today we feature Salisbury captain and long stick middie, Evan Hockel.
Hockel scored one goal as a long-stick midfielder last season against Marymount (Va.) University on April 12, in a 24-5 win. Hockel appeared in all 22 games, starting three and finished sixth on the team with 38 ground balls.
