The Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team opened its 2012 season with a pair of scrimmages against nationally-ranked Division I teams on Sunday at the Carrier Dome. In the first game of the day, the Dolphins faced 14th-ranked Hofstra and fell 9-5, while they closed the afternoon with an 11-5 loss to eighth-ranked Syracuse.
