412 loves to throw weights around and the same goes for the the Rutgers Men's Lacrosse team. The team recently posted a handful of videos displaying their work ethic during Fall Ball. The team's various workouts include weighted dips, ladders, cones, power cleans, and sprinting with weights attached to name a few. Michigan Debuts with Exhibition Split at Michigan Stadium

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's lacrosse team split a pair of scrimmages on Sunday (Oct. 2), falling to Providence, 11-10, in overtime before blowing out Concordia (Wis.), 16-3, at Michigan Stadium. Facing Providence in its opening contest as a varsity program, Michigan overcame a three-goal deficit in the fourth quarter to force overtime.
